Hallgeir Homstvedt holds a BA of Industrial Design and honors from Newcastle University in Australia. After completing his degree in 2006, Hallgeir went on to work for the pioneer design studio Norway Says before opening his own design studio in 2009. Hallgeir has exhibited his work in London, Tokyo, Oslo, New York & Milan and has since received a number of design awards. Working in fields of furniture, interior and product design, Homstvedt makes products that are tactile, interactive and engages the observer's curiosity.  Among his clients are renowned Norwegian and international furniture manufacturers like Muuto, Hjelle, Established & Sons and Hem.
