Norrøna Langevåg
--
This Norrøna outlet store is located a short ferry ride from Ålesund on Langevåg. The building was originally part of the Devold factory which is still partially operational on the island. Because of the historic nature of the building, we chose to highlight this by exposing the supporting beams in the structure and polishing the original concrete floor.

The Norrøna Barkarby outlet store is located about 30 min outside the Stockholm city center. The space was originally part of an old military base. The original wood floor was removed and replaced with concrete, which we polished to get a nice clean industrial finish. Because of the small windows facing out to street level, we wanted the costumer to get a spacious feeling when stepping inside. We added a large window behind the counter to get more daylight and stripped we walls and ceiling from old clutter. The bearing structure of the building remain prominent through out the store.

Norrøna Storo
--
This is one of the first Norrøna concept stores, and was originally a Passo store that was bought and redesigned to fit the Norrøna profile.
The Storo store is located on a shoping mall in a central part of Oslo. This was originally a Passo store and for this project I helped rebrand the store to fit the Norrøna profile. Most of the furniture is custom made. For this store we developed a in-store storage system that was hidden behind the shoe dispaly wall.

These are some samples of the well 60 Hi-resolution renderings I created for Vestre in 2013. The rendering where made for their new product catalogue that was printed in more than 50000 copies and distributed worldwide. Creating Hi-res renders like this is a time consuming affair, but in Vestre's case it was favoured over a real photo shoot because of the size, number and specific colors of the furniture.

The Norrøna CCVest store is another store located within a shopping center where the floor space is limited. We found that hanging jackets and pants sideways is more space efficient than hanging them flat on the wall, so for this project we developed a new free standing module for hanging clothes. Another measure we did to optimized wall space was the display walls facing out of the store that create a added wall space on the inside of the wall.

The Gulskogen brand store opened in March 2014 and is located near the center of Drammen at the Gulskogen shopping center. The space it self is smaller than most of the other Norrøna stores, which meant that the design and floor layout had to be optimized in order to fit the entire Norrøna collection. By maximizing wall space and creating a small cube for the fitting rooms and sales counter, we where able to create a compact store that still feels spacious.
